About the founder:

Franklin McQuaid: Has been blessed to achieve his goals in life as a personal trainer, a competitive powerlifter and coach. In his 31 years of fitness and health, he has received three New York State Powerlifting Championships, one United States Powerlifting Federation Sub-Master National Championship Title and one International Powerlifting Association World Cup Title.

Franklin is looking to come back to comepetive lifting as a Master Lifter. Looking to lift Nationally and Internationally as representing the United States of America, as well New York State and the Fulton New York area. He also is looking to put on powerlifting and other athletic events for charitable causes, as Franklin and his wife Elizabeth has founded a corporation called Power For Life Ministry Inc .
