Keeping The Basic, Basic!

 

 
           First I'm going to have a word of prayer to ask God for his help in explaining to you about this area. Dear God My Heavenly Father I come before you in the name of your Son Jesus Christ, I ask that you will give me the words to help this person, to show them a way that they can achieve the weight that they do desire. I ask that you take away any negative thought from their mind. Give them the encouragement and the strength to take on this change of lifestyle. I ask that you will be with them, and that by meeting their goal and weight that they will see your Devine Power and Love for them. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen!
 
I want to keep this as simple as possible. Please don't confuse simple with easy! For some of you this may be a hard task, and others not hard at all. I want to talk to you about a basic exercise you do everyday and may not even recognize it. That is walking! Although you may walk everyday to do your everyday activities, that is not the same as for exercise. I have heard people complain about them not being able to walk because of their knees, back, feet, and all kinds of things. The truth is, this is why they should be walking! If you truly believe you can't because of a health issue, see a doctor! If you find it difficult to walk long and it tires you.  Then this is an even more reason why you need to walk. Please, for yourself hear what I'm about to share with you.
 
I'm willing to give you a challenge! By doing this challenge I believe you will have that breakthrough you have been looking for. Now, if you have made it to this page, and got this far into the website, that tells me you are serious about making a change in your life.
Your going to start this challenge by changing you eating habits. Review the eating & nutrition page on this site.
I want you to combine the way you eat with a daily walking program!  IF you was to do nothing else, this would have you lose the weight you wanted. I tell you the truth! This WILL work for you!  Now, before you tell me you have had enough of what I'm telling you, take the challenge! WHY? Because, If you keep doing what you have always done, you will keep getting what you have always gotten! Again, Is that fair?
 
By eating smarter, three balance meals a day with good nutritious snacks in between them. Plus walking EVERYDAY you will make it happen! Remember, as you do this drink water throughout the day. Here is a good way of knowing how much to drink. If you was 160lbs, cut that in half which is 80. The 80 stands for 80oz's of water you need to be drinking per day. In other words, If you was 200bls you should be drinking 100oz's of water a day. I know this seems like a lot, but this is what your body calls for. If your not use to drinking water start with three or four glasses of 8oz's a day and work your way up to the amount you should be drinking! Now I know I didn't say how far you are to walk!
My rule of thumb is, listen to your body! It will let you know when you had enough. As each day, or walk goes by, try to go a little further. Truly it don't matter if you just walked two houses down the road. The next time try three! I'm serious!

I know all this is a change of a lifestyle for you. It is your choice as to how you want to live your life! Do you want to have a life? Or just be living one? Just a thought! As you start your new journey in life and are walking, ask God to help give you the strength to make the distance your going. Build a relationship with him. He is always there to help and guide you!
