 Stretching!  Flexibility!  These two factors are the key to help becoming injury free. By stretching and being flexible you will have less a chance of being injured, and you would most always recuperate faster then if you didn't stretch and workout at all. In most all the cases I have seen with injury, it was do to lack of, or not even stretching at all. I believe it to be one of the most important parts of your work out. By just having a large array of stretching exercises alone, you can help tone your body. More on that elsewhere in this site. Below are some stretching exercises you can use to warm up with before a workout. When you get ready to do the twist below, be shure to squeeze ALL your muscles tight.
