Greetings to all,

After being out of compatition for over 9 years, And out of the gym for almost five,  I'm looking ahead. Coming from out of the past, one man, one lifter with a quest to be the worlds best lifter. I have always had this dream. It had been a goal. But back in 1986, I made a pact with God.  I had stopped all my training untill 1995. I came back to comepete in 1996. I did so for three years. In those tree years I had won many meets. Which included Three New York  State Titles ( USPF & USAPL) body. One IPA World Cup,  and the last meet I was in and won was the 1999 USPF Sub Master, Master Nationals.

After that meet I had to face some of lifes unknown challenges, which I may talk about at another time. But Again, I hand to put my dreams aside. Little did I know when I made that pact with God So long ago where it would take me. God is a true God of his word. I'm not going to tell you about that pact. At least not now. God kept his end. I praise the Lord. I also kept mine. Now he is calling me to serve him in a unique way. More on that later also. But now he has me picking up the iron once again.
