Friend, As you became a believer in Jesus Christ, you may of did something that you didn't realize. You gave your life, body, and soul to the Lord Jesus Christ. As you grow in Jesus Christ you will find out Jesus has a plan for your life.               I want to tell you the reason why I believe most people don't get on a fitness program. It is because they are way out of shape to be able to do what the fitness program ask them to do! In other words, they may be to big to move the way the program ask of them. How many times have you really wanted to do something about your physical well being, and said I can't do that! Well, for those of you that need help in losing that extra, and in some cases MUCH extra pounds, this page will be of great value to you! I don't know you, but I can say I believe! Why?
